Registration for OU EDI Mini-Institute in Oklahoma City is now open. 

The registration fee includes premium continuous break service, continental breakfast Monday through Thursday, lunch Monday through Thursday, an evening reception, and the use of the conference center.

(The $50 IEDC non-member fee may be credited toward the first year’s membership in IEDC provided this opportunity is exercised within a 12-month period after the completion of a week-long OU EDI Institute.)

NOTE: CEcD Exam Prep Course is intentionally scheduled just prior to the Institute for attendees taking the exam who wish to attend both.

CEcD Exam Prep Course - Saturday, July 13 and Sunday, July 14, 2019

$625 for OU EDI CEcD Exam Prep Course only. 

$450 if taken in conjunction with OU EDI week-long courses.

$750 for the Exam Prep Course and Ethics Course or Primer to the CEcD Course.

Registration fees are payable to the University of Oklahoma. To qualify for the Early Bird registration rate, both a completed registration form and full payment must be received prior to Friday, May 31, 2019.  Payments not received by this date will be charged the normal registration fee (see fee structure under "Registration"). Conference attendees with a balance due will be required to remit payment before being admitted to the conference, with the exception of those attendees paying by government purchase order. A credit card or check will be required on site for attendees with balances that have not provided government purchase order or check.

CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW, AND REFUND POLICY:

Qualified substitutions will be accepted at any time. Cancellations received after the close of business on Friday, June 14, 2019, will be required to pay a $150 processing fee.

There will be no refunds for cancellation after Friday, June 28, 2019, or for non-attendance at the Institute. If registration fees are not paid prior to the cancellation or no-show, you will be billed.

Cancellations must be received in writing by mail or email at edi@ou.edu. Telephone cancellations are not accepted.

Oklahoma City Steetcar

The new OKC Streetcar system, described as an “economic development catalyst,” opened December 2018 and runs just outside the hotel. It offers a front-row seat to observe an ongoing urban renaissance throughout downtown, as well as easy access to additional dining and entertainment destinations.
