Registration for OU EDI in New Orleans

The registration fee includes premium continuous break service, continental breakfast Monday through Thursday, lunch Monday through Thursday, an evening reception and the use of the conference center.

(The $50 IEDC non-member fee may be credited toward the first year’s membership in IEDC, provided this opportunity is exercised within a 12-month period after the completion of a week-long OU EDI Institute.)

CEcD Exam Prep Course is scheduled just before the Institute for those who wish to attend both.

CEcD Exam Prep Course - Saturday, April 27, and Sunday, April 28, 2024

$525 if taken in conjunction with OU EDI week-long courses.

$650 for OU EDI CEcD Exam Prep Course only. 

$775 for the Exam Prep Course and Ethics Course or Primer to the CEcD Course.

Registration for CEcD Exam Prep (both the Sat-Sun and Mon-Tues sessions) includes both breakfast, lunch and break service.

Registration fees are payable to the University of Oklahoma. Conference attendees with a balance due will be required to remit payment before being admitted to the conference, with the exception of those attendees paying by government purchase order. A credit card or check will be required on-site for attendees with balances that have not provided government purchase order or check.

CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW, AND REFUND POLICY:

Qualified substitutions will be accepted at any time. Cancellations received after the close of business on Friday, March 29, 2024, will be required to pay a $150 processing fee.

There will be no refunds for cancellation after Friday, April 19, 2024, or for non-attendance at the Institute. If registration fees are not paid prior to the cancellation or no-show, you will be billed.

HOTEL BLOCK UPDATE! 

Our block includes the evenings of 4/27 (Sat) through 5/1 (Wed). At this time, the evenings of 4/26 (Fri) and 5/2 (Thurs) are full. We are trying to identify overflow lodging space, but for now those attending: 

• CEcD Exam Prep – though our block is full, the facility has some rooms available at $329 for that evening. While higher than the rest of your stay, that’s less expensive than if you book at the facility independently.
• OU EDI Institute -- need to attempt to depart on Thurs to avoid an overnight stay, or identify other lodging. IF YOU NEED TO MAKE A FLIGHT THAT REQUIRES YOU TO DEPART THE INSTITUTE SOMEWHAT EARLY, WE HAVE SOME LEEWAY TO ACCOMMODATE YOU. PLEASE CONTACT OU STAFF TO MAKE PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS!

Materials may be downloaded from the OU EDI database. Log into OU EDI and select Course Schedule from the View Your Info dropdown. You will be able to download course materials upon payment and print your schedule. You will be provided with a copy of the IEDC's Introduction to Economic Development Manual on-site.
