Participant Registration

$545 Participant Registration Fee includes two lunches, break service, and the two and one-half day course of your choice. *Early bird rate of $495 valid until August 19, 2018.*

Exhibitor Registration

$595 Exhibitor Registration Fee for one booth attendee with a course of choice. *Early bird rate of $545 valid until August 19, 2018.*

Second booth attendee with a course is $495. Second booth attendee without a course is $300. Subsequent booth attendees will be charged $300 to register.

Certificate of Course Completion

All participants who attend the Gas Compressor Short Course will receive a Certificate of Successful Course Completion from the University of Oklahoma. Additionally, for those interested, 1.75 Continuing Education Units are available upon verification of attendance in the 17.5 hours of class held during the Short Course.

Cancelation, No-Show and Refund Policy:

Qualified substitutions will be accepted at any time. Cancellations received after the close of business on September 1, 2018, will be required to pay a $150 processing fee.

There will be no refunds for cancellation after September 18, 2018 or for non-attendance of the conference. If registration fees are not paid prior to the cancellation or no-show, you will be billed. Cancellations must be received in writing by mail or email (lmartinez@ou.edu). Telephone cancellations are not accepted.
