The University of Oklahoma's Corrosion Control Course provides fundamental training for Corrosion Control personnel, including Methods and Instrumentation or Corrosion Assessment and Control.
To meet our goal of providing basic instruction for corrosion control, a specific curriculum has been developed for each track. These programs could be used to assist corrosion control personnel in meeting AMPP Certification Requirements and DOT Operator Qualification Requirements and may be used as Continuing Education Credits to maintain existing certifications.
Those participants wishing to receive a Certificate of Completion will be required to attend the entire track of their choice. This level of certificate indicates the recipient has expanded his/her knowledge base or skill level, indicating that the recipient has fully participated in and successfully completed the Corrosion Control Course.
Additionally, 2.0 Continuing Education Units are provided upon verification of attendance in the 20 hours of class held during the conference.
Those participants wishing to receive a Certificate of Achievement will be required to successfully pass the exam from the track of their choice, administered on Friday morning. Â
