Bachelor of Arts in Aviation

Thank you for your interest in the OU School of Aviation Studies Professional Pilot program at the University of Oklahoma! 

Please be advised that admission to the University of Oklahoma does not guarantee admission to the OU School of Aviation Studies for those students wishing to pursue a degree with a flight component. In order, be considered for final acceptance to the School of Aviation Studies, all prospective students must go through an additional screening process at which time they must have all the necessary documentation outlined in the “One-Stop Processing Packet.”  

Final acceptance to the OU School of Aviation Studies Flight Program will be based upon the holistic student to include information contained in the student’s application package and aviation screening.  Final selectees will be assigned flight slots based on the results of the One Stop and screening process, as well as availability provided by the student. Flight slots will be assigned for either the fall, spring or, summer of their acceptance year.

Date: February 4 - February 15, 2019

Days: Monday – Friday

Time:8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Duration: 30 minutes

Where:Max Westheimer Airport (check-in at first floor dispatch counter)

What to Bring:  All required documents in One Stop Packet

Once you have scheduled your screening you will receive an email confirmation.  Be sure to either save or print your email confirmation and bring it to your scheduled screening.  Your email confirmation is the verification we need to conduct your screening.
