Legal Issues in Higher Education Conference September 19, 2018 Oklahoma Memorial Union/OU Campus, 900 Asp Ave, Norman, Oklahoma

This biennial conference, held on the campus of the University of Oklahoma, addresses the unique legal issues that affect higher education. Intended for higher education professionals and legal professionals working with institutes of higher learning, the 2016 conference covered such topics as: FERPA, ethics rules, legislative process, intellectual property, social media, veterans issues, student discipline, immigration, recent changes to labor laws, and more. The upcoming 2018 conference is still in the planning stages.
