The Best Investment You Can Make is in Yourself

A degree from OU is a smart investment for your future, and we’re dedicated to helping you reach your educational and professional goals. Our financial aid advisors can assist you in exploring a variety of options, including federal and state loans, scholarships, grants, work-study programs, private loans, self-payment, and tuition reimbursement.

Cost

Even though OU’s tuition and fees are some of the lowest in our conference, we understand the cost of attending college can be overwhelming. We are committed to keeping the door of opportunity open for all qualified students.

Estimated Tuition and Fees

Our online bachelor's degree programs require 120 credit hours to graduate, and 60-90 of those hours can be transferred to OU from other institutions.

For example, if a student transfers in 90 credit hours, only 30 hours at OU are required to complete the degree. At $500 per credit hour, the cost to that student would be $15,000.

Total Degree Cost

$15,000-$30,000 depending on the number of transfer credits.

The Federal Application for Free Student Aid (FAFSA) provides more than $120 billion in grants, loans, and work-study funds to help students pay for college each year and qualify for scholarships.

While the FAFSA typically opens on October 1, the 2024-2025 FAFSA has been redesigned under the FAFSA Simplification Act to allow for a better user experience. The new FAFSA application
will be available to complete by December 31, 2023.

Visit the Student Financial Center website to learn more about the 2024-2025 FAFSA changes.
