OU Graduate Programs require applicants to have taken the GRE. Required minimum scores will vary by program. Applicants come from varying educational and cultural backgrounds and the GRE revised General Test provides schools with a common measure for comparing candidates' qualifications.

GRE scores are used by admissions or fellowship panels to supplement your undergraduate records, recommendation letters, and other qualifications for graduate-level study.

Parking at the CIDL Testing center:

As you know, free parking is no longer available on campus and this includes our parking lot.  We are located at 300 Kellogg Drive, in what is called the Boomer Outreach Building.  We are located directly across the street from OU Law School.

  • If you have an OU parking pass, you can park anywhere it is yellow which is multi-purpose parking.

If there are no spots available in multi-purpose, you have four options:

  • Pay at the Parking kiosk in the Forum Parking lot for $1.50 per hour and expect to be here for 4 hours minimum (if there is space and you are NOT an OU parking pass holder).
  • Park at the Jenkins Parking Garage and walk to the Boomer Outreach building. Timderdell Parking garage is no longer available to commuter parking nor non-Cross Village residents.
  • You can ride a bike or walk to the testing center.
  • You can park at the Lloyd Noble Center and take the Apartment Loop or Research Shuttle (:04 and :32) that will let you off right in front of the Cross Village and you can walk two buildings west and be at the Boomer Outreach building.  Or you can take the LNC shuttle from the main campus which will drop off in front of the PACS Admin building and you can walk west two buildings.  The buses run every 5-7 minutes.
