Cost to attend: $300
Green Belt certification delivers in-depth training, preparing participants to lead and contribute to Lean Six Sigma efforts and project teams. This class includes 12 days of classroom training spread over four months, with individual coaching between classes. Participants complete a real-world project as part of certification.
Newly added is the integration of Leading with Lean, a two-hour leadership short course providing both formal and informal leaders the basic awareness of how the Lean mentality can be incorporated into the daily interaction with employees, customers and the processes within the larger value stream to which they all contribute. The managers, supervisors and Champions working directly with the LSS Green Belt candidate are invited to attend and participate in this session.
As a COVID safety precaution, the March (Define/Measure), April (Analyze) and potentially May (Improve) classes will be taught live online via Zoom.

This two-and-a-half-day interactive training is designed to be both course and workshop. Class participants will workshop how the concepts covered can be applied in their organizations. To assist in the workshop aspect, participants will be asked to bring a copy of their company’s organization structure/chart and strategic goals as expressed by top management. This class includes the two-hour Leading with Lean short course, unique to the Lean Institute. No prerequisites required for participation in this training.
Intensive, three-month Lean Six Sigma training intended primarily for those who will lead process improvement efforts at an organizational level.
