Dr. Dyer is an organizational psychologist who specializes in improving individual, team, and organizational performance. His twenty-five years of experience includes work as an internal and external leadership- and organizational-development consultant and executive coach. Paul has worked with thousands of individuals and a number of well-known organizations such as Anthem Inc., The Dow Chemical Company, Devon Energy, Hilton, Maytag Corporation, M&M Mars, Panalpina, Scholastic Book Fairs, and Universal Studios. In addition, he taught numerous organizational behavior and psychology courses as a faculty member at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. Paul is currently the Lead Faculty member of the BA and MA in Administrative Leadership degree programs at the University of Oklahoma.
