Dr. Zia Mian is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist with over 18 years’ global consulting experience. He specializes in diagnosing workforce issues in organizations and helping them make better decisions about their talent. Michael’s experience includes assessing the work climate, identifying the root cause of “people” problems, selecting and developing talent, and coaching professionals and leaders to create a more engaged workforce. He helps organizations by creating and leveraging different tests, assessments, and surveys that provide information about how people perform, think, and feel in given work settings. Michael has assessed and coached thousands of leaders and high potential professionals. He has worked for large consulting firms like Mercer and is currently the founder and principal consultant of Mian Talent Solutions. Michael has consulted with a variety of well-known organizations including, Sanofi, Pfizer, Yahoo!, Honda Motors, Toshiba, and NBC-Universal. In addition to consulting, he has taught courses in psychology and organizational behavior at Rollins College in Florida and is currently an adjunct instructor in the Administrative Leadership degree programs at the University of Oklahoma.
