Dr. Wesley is an organizational psychologist with almost 30 years of consulting experience in designing and implementing complex assessment and testing solutions with domestic and international clients. Prior to forming his own consulting company in 2010, he served as the Director of Technology Services with Wilson Learning Corporation in Orlando, Florida. While at Wilson Learning, Scott worked successfully with many of the company’s most valued and largest clients. In addition, he distinguished himself among his peers with several awards for innovation, initiative, outstanding contribution, and teamwork. He came to Wilson Learning from Educational Testing Service in Princeton, New Jersey where he was a Research Scientist and managed numerous projects in the professional licensure and certification arena.
Scott’s areas of expertise include comprehensive assessment consultation, psychometrically sound and legally defensible test development, interpretation of group assessment results, individual coaching based on personality and/or multi-rater assessments, competency modeling and job analysis, and training development and evaluation.
Scott has conducted applied research in the areas of job analysis/competency modeling, selection systems, training needs analysis and evaluation, employee attitude surveys, computer-delivered assessments, and test development. He has also published over twenty-five articles, book chapters, and technical reports on a wide variety of human resource topics. In addition, he has taught a number of graduate and undergraduate organizational behavior and psychology courses as an adjunct faculty member at Rollins College and Seminole State College.
