Dr. Paul Gebb is a change management leader and pedagogue with an arts background, which influences his out-of-the-box approach to change management within organizational contexts. He believes there are many solutions to a problem, and loves to ask, “why have we always done it this way, and can we do it better?” Paul also serves as the Director of the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning at Oklahoma City University, where he supports change through employee learning and development.
With over 10 years of teaching and organizational development experience,Paul has also held leadership roles in universities, nonprofit organizations, and as an elected representative of a public school district. He is passionate about giving back to his community and loves to serve others. He is a believer in servant leadership and volunteers often.
