Dr. Heath Boice-Pardee has worked as an administrator in higher education for nearly 25 years in a variety of administrative and teaching roles. Heath is currently the Associate Vice President for Student Affairs, and has served as Interim Senior Vice President for Student Affairs, at Rochester Institute of Technology
Rick is a learning guide, author, executive coach, and lifelong student of listening and leadership. He is a professor in the Department of Communication at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida and guides learning journeys on listening and leadership at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

Dr. Dyer is an organizational psychologist who specializes in improving individual, team, and organizational performance. His 25 years of experience includes work as an internal and external leadership- and organizational-development consultant and executive coach. Paul has worked with thousands of individuals and a number of well-known organizations such as Anthem Inc.
Dr. Paul Gebb is a change management leader with an arts background, which influences his innovative approach to change management within organizational contexts. He believes that many solutions to a problem exist and loves to ask, “Why have we always done it this way?” and “Can we do it better?”
With more than 35 years of experience, Dr. Kimmel possesses expertise in the areas of leadership, management, and training and development. His experience cuts across all types of organizations from public, private, non-profit companies, to governmental agencies. After retiring from the U.S. Army after 21 years of active service, Dr. Kimmel began working with the University of Okahoma holding a senior management position for nine years and now serves as the Director of Center-Based services for Public Strategies.
Susan is the Executive Director of the Center for Early Childhood Professional Development (CECPD), College of Continuing Education and Adjunct Professor, both at the University of Oklahoma. Since 1999, Dr. Kimmel has regularly taught graduate courses for Administrative Leadership program, specializing in Organization Culture and Change, Followership, and Organizational Development.
Dr. Miller is an organizational psychologist with more than 20 years of experience researching, teaching, and working directly with organizations to help them acquire, develop, and retain the talent they need today and in the future to achieve desired business results and support business strategy.
Dr. Roden is the Academic Program Director for OU Extended Campus. She has been with OU since 2013, working with subject matter experts and lead faculty to develop new curricula and assess current course accreditation standards.
Dr. Robert (Bob) Stauffer is an entrepreneur, business owner, and executive who specializes in measurably improving the performance of his customer’s organizations through strategic planning and business transformation. During his 32 years of experience, he has worked continuously with NASA as a management consultant providing policy creation, governance formulation, and mission-enabling business strategy services.
Dr. Wesley is an organizational psychologist with almost 30 years of consulting experience in designing and implementing complex assessment and testing solutions with domestic and international clients. Prior to forming his own consulting company in 2010, he served as the Director of Technology Services with Wilson Learning Corporation in Orlando, Florida.
Dr. Zia Mian is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist with more than 18 years’ global consulting experience. He specializes in diagnosing workforce issues in organizations and helping them make better decisions about their talent. Michael’s experience includes assessing the work climate, identifying the root cause of “people” problems, selecting and developing talent, and coaching professionals and leaders to create a more engaged workforce.
