Cancellation/No Show Policy

The registration fee includes online conference materials, continental breakfast Monday through Thursday, lunch Monday through Thursday, continuous break service, an evening reception, and the use of the conference center. All other meals are on your own.

Registration fees are payable to the University of Oklahoma. Payment or purchase orders are due prior to the start of OU EDI.

Cancellation, No-Show, & Refund Policy

Qualified substitutions will be accepted at any time. Cancellations received prior to OU EDI close of business on the cut-off date for the particular Institute or Online Class (see the Institute or Online Course registration information you plan to attend) will be required to pay a $150 processing fee.

There will be no refunds for cancellation after that determined date or for non-attendance at the institute. If registration fees are not paid prior to the cancellation or no-show, you will be billed.

Cancellations must be received in writing by mail or email edi@ou.edu.

Telephone cancellations are not accepted.
