Fall Institute Transition to Virtual


Registration for OU EDI Fall 2020 is Now Open. 

The registration fee includes two classes, broadcast live online and all materials.

EDI Registration

  • IEDC members            $1,325
  • Non-IEDC Members    $1,375

The $50 IEDC non-member fee may be credited toward the first year’s membership in IEDC if exercised within a 12-month period.

Registration deadline is October 29th at 5:00 p.m. CST.

Institute Schedule

The schedule will remain the same as the previously published schedule for Louisville. Please be prepared for the same time commitment as a standard in-person Institute.  




NOTE: CEcD Exam Prep Course is intentionally scheduled just prior to the Institute for attendees who wish to attend both.

CEcD Exam Prep Course - Saturday, October 31 and Sunday, November 1, 2020

$475 if taken in conjunction with OU EDI week-long courses.

$475 for OU EDI CEcD Exam Prep Course only. 

$600 for the Exam Prep Course and Ethics Course or Primer to the CEcD Course.

Registration fees are payable to the University of Oklahoma. Conference attendees with a balance due will be required to remit payment before being admitted to the conference, with the exception of those attendees paying by government purchase order. A credit card or check will be required on site for attendees with balances that have not provided government purchase order or check.


Qualified substitutions will be accepted at any time. Refunds will be issued if registration is cancelled before October 9. If registration is cancelled after October 9, any balance on the account will be eligible to be transferred to a different program within OU EDI, whether an in-person institute or an online class. Any cancellations from October 10 to October 29 will be subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Any cancellations after October 29 will only receive credit for a future event.

Cancellations must be received in writing by mail or email at edi@ou.edu. Telephone cancellations are not accepted.


Materials will be available for download as part of the of the program. All participants will receive a login to the University of Oklahoma’s Canvas learning management system, which will have course materials pre-loaded and ready for students to review or print before classes begin.
