Exam Prep Course Las Vegas, Nevada

Registration fees are payable to the University of Oklahoma. To qualify for the Early Bird registration rate, both a completed registration form and full payment must be received prior to Friday, March 3, 2023. Payments not received by this date will be charged the normal registration fee (see fee structure under "Registration"). Conference attendees with a balance due will be required to remit payment before being admitted to the conference, with the exception of those attendees paying by government purchase order. A credit card or check will be required on-site for attendees with balances that have not provided government purchase order or check.

CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW AND REFUND POLICY:

Qualified substitutions will be accepted at any time. Cancellations received after the close of business on Friday, March 24, 2023, will be required to pay a $150 processing fee.

There will be no refunds for cancellation after Friday, March 31, 2023, or for non-attendance at the Institute. Transfers will incur an $850 processing fee (half the registration cost). If registration fees are not paid prior to the cancellation or no-show, you will be billed.

Please note that if you are coming for the Exam Prep Course or arriving early for EDI, the rate for Friday and Saturday night at the hotel ($199.00 plus taxes) is significantly higher than the rest of the conference Sunday through Thursday ($89.00 plus taxes). Also note that both these room rates already include a $30 resort fee, which provides Wi Fi internet, fitness center, pool, complimentary self-parking, and two complimentary water bottles. Materials may be downloaded from the OU EDI database. Log into OU EDI and select Course Schedule from the View Your Info dropdown. You will be able to download course materials upon payment and print your schedule. You will be provided with a copy of the IEDC's Introduction to Economic Development Manual on-site.
