The Minor in Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Analysis is a 15-hour program that can be completed 100% online. You’ll take four courses – Theories of Criminal Behavior, Criminal Investigation, Intelligence Analysis for Law Enforcement, and Cyberspace Security – plus one criminal justice elective of your choice.
For two decades, information technology and computer analytics have steadily improved the capabilities of crime analysis, crime forecasting, and homeland security operations. The minor in criminal investigation and intelligence analysis offers a more detailed study of this core function of law enforcement and security operations. It is a great option if you’re working in a field that frequently supports or augments criminal and security investigations.
