About the Human Resource Diversity and Development Certificate

This certificate can be taken by individuals with a bachelor’s degree or by those who have or are pursuing a graduate degree. All course work taken for the certificates will apply to the Master of Human Relations (MHR) if taken as part of the degree program. If taken separately, 9 credit hours may be applied to the degree. However, the certificate can be taken separately from the MHR. The certificate can serve as an introduction to the MHR and as recognition of work accomplished in a concentration before the completion of the MHR. It can also be used for continuing education.
