After moving to a virtual event last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, graduates were thrilled to gather in person this May to have their achievements recognized. In order to allow for social distancing and continue to follow COVID-19 protocols, there was no large commencement ceremony this year. However, Norman campus colleges did gather at various locations, depending on weather, over the course of a weekend for their respective convocation ceremonies.

OU College of Professional and Continuing Studies graduates were honored Saturday, May 15, during a morning ceremony at Gaylord Family-Oklahoma Memorial Stadium. Graduates from both 2020 and 2021 were recognized.

Students from PACS online programs gathered with friends, family, faculty and staff members to celebrate as bachelor's and master's degrees were awarded to deserving recipients. It was a day of excitement, celebration, accomplishment and even reunion for the graduates and their loved ones, as many were seeing each other for the first time in many months.

Congratulations, graduates! We wish you the best of luck in your future pursuits, both personal and professional!
