PACS Alumnus Named Vice President of Operations for Parker’s

Ted Sadowski III, a graduate of the OU College of Professional and Continuing Studies M.A. in Administrative Leadership program (now the M.A. in Organizational Leadership), has been named the vice president of operations for Parker’s, a nationally acclaimed convenience store company featured on the 2021 Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America.

Honored by Convenience Store Decisions as one of the industry’s top leaders under the age of 40, Sadowski will be based at the Parker’s corporate headquarters in Savannah, Georgia, where he will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Parker’s retail store operations.

Originally from Sweet Valley, Pennsylvania, Sadowski also earned a graduate certificate in Organizational Leadership from PACS, in addition to a B.A. in Human Resources, Management and Marketing from DeSales University, and a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Certificate from the University of South Florida.

Before joining Parker’s, Sadowski served as the director of operations at Quick-Chek Corporation, where he oversaw the performance of 80 stores and 2,700 associates. Earlier in his career, he worked as the district leader of operations for QuickChek Corporation, store team leader at Target and general store manager at The Home Depot in the metro New York area.

Parker’s operates 71 retail stores in coastal Georgia and South Carolina. The company has been honored by Food and Wine as one of America’s Best Convenience Stores and by Convenience Store News as the Convenience Foodservice Leader of the Year. In 2020, Parker’s was named the Convenience Store Chain of the Year by Convenience Store Decisions.
