OU Extended Campus to Host Leadership Seminar at Ramstein Air Base

OU Extended Campus will host a professional development seminar on leadership at Ramstein Air Base in Germany on Thursday, Oct. 11, at 11 a.m.

The two-hour seminar—which is open to all members of the Ramstein Air Base community—will take place in Foulois Auditorium in the USAFE Conference Center and will feature speakers from four universities offering techniques designed to help participants elevate their leadership abilities, improve morale and create better communication and cohesion within an organization.

Speakers will include:

  • Renee Marlow, LSW – University of Oklahoma – Organizational Leadership
  • Derek Scott, M.A. – Central Texas College – Leading from Failure
  • Donna Roberts, Ph.D. – Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University – Leading a Multi-Generational Workforce: Generational Differences and Motivators
  • Tim Quezada, Ph.D. – University of Maryland University College – Mission First, People Always: Technical Competency and Emotional Intelligence
