Children's Book to Benefit Special Olympics Oklahoma

The book cover of Rollin on Route 66, which will benefit special olympics oklahomaCLS graduate, and Oklahoma City resident, Steve Kime published his first children’s book, Rollin’ on Route 66 – Get on your bike to ride and make new friends!,to help raise money and awareness for Special Olympics Oklahoma.

Kime’s story was inspired by his actual experience in 2004 when he participated in Let’s Roll Across Oklahoma and biked 397 miles across Oklahoma on Route 66 to benefit Special Olympics in the Sooner state. Twenty percent of all book sale proceeds go to the charity.

Update: The College of Liberal Studies was renamed the College of Professional and Continuing Studies in 2017.
