The first step to getting a bachelor’s degree from the OU College of Professional and Continuing Studies is to review the admissions criteria and simply apply. If you are applying to OU for the first time, you will need to create an account. When prompted during the application process, choose College of Professional and Continuing Studies as your campus.

Admissions Criteria* 

A minimum of: 

  • 24 hours letter-graded college credit 
  • 2.0 GPA

How to Apply 

Step One: Complete an OU Undergraduate Application

Complete the online undergraduate application form.

If you have questions while filling out your application, please contact us at pacsinfo@ou.edu or view these step-by-step instructions.

Step Two: Send Official Transcripts

  • All current or previously attended college or university
  • Military transcripts, if applicable
    • Joint Services Transcripts (JST), Community College of the Air Force (CCAF), and Air University Transcripts 

NOTE:

Before we can complete your admission file for final review, we need complete and official transcripts from all institutions you’ve previously attended. Official transcripts must be enclosed in a sealed envelope and mailed directly from the institution you attended to the following address:

They may also be submitted electronically, also directly from the institution you attended, to pacsugadmissions@ou.edu. Unfortunately, transcripts submitted through any other method of delivery can’t be accepted as official.

Application Processing

Once OU receives all materials (Steps One and Two), Admissions will begin processing your application. Admissions will email a decision letter to the address listed on the application.

Average processing time is 2-3 business days.
